the homegrown dress for my engagement photo shoot

I saw this dress online and I couldn't stop thinking about. Mostly, I was thinking about how great this dress would be for the engagement picture (I can totally picture Brian in a blue/ gray suit while I paired this dress with a brown colored belt and shoes- so cute!). I love the bold pattern, but I am scared of the white background. It would get dirty easily and would be hard to wear.

Firstup,
It's the beautiful 1950's style homegrown dress.
I love the volume on the bottom, paired with the tightness of the top.
(guess I need to wear 2 nubra to fill that up :P)

and most importantly, it does a great job of camouflaging parts that I don't want to showcase
like my....giant ass >///<

I fell in love with this dress in March when it first came out.
I planned on buying it during April for my engagement picture, becuase I got birthday coupone for 15% off.
But I didn't tell Brian until the end of April...then when he finally permited that...the dress SOLD OUT on the website!!
I was soo mad then kept calling the customer service and asked them to search this dress for me. At first, they told me it's totally sold out. I was sad for the whole day.
Then suddenly, at 8PM!!!
A weird phone number called!! Of course I didn't pick it up.
But l did check the voice mail.
It's a lady from Chicago store!! They still had one dress left, and IT'S MINE SIZE!!

So I took out the credit card (without asking Brian XD), and had it shipped from Chicago to my little house.
I waited patiently for one weeks for the dress to make it's way to me.

mmm

I need to wear it in 1950's style :D

with little red shoses
killer red heels!
